Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

Any item purchased from H. Karl Scharold Antiques may be returned as follows -
Within fifteen (15) days of purchase date - for a store credit of the purchase price.
After fifteen (15) days of purchase date - for store credit minus 20%
of purchase price as a restocking and make resale-ready charge.

 

Regardless of date of return
Exchanges must be for a price equal to or greater than the original purchase price.
Sales tax, shipping cost, and handling charges will not be considered as part of the purchase price.

The above conditions apply only if the item has not been damaged or altered in any way.

H. Karl Scharold Antiques will be the sole determiner as to the
condition of the item to be returned and its acceptance for return.
